As much as I love talking about “all-things-vagina“, I’m really about complete health and wellness. Mental and emotional health may sometimes take the back seat to your physical health, but they’re just as important. Truth be told, being emotionally balanced, helps you deal with life’s big challenges-and life comes at you fast. I mean, 2018 was no joke for me. From dealing with trees falling on my house to on the job challenges, saying that I was stressed is an understatement. But I did what I always do, I put my head down and kept grinding-trying to tackle each challenge one at a time. Sometimes this worked but more times than not, it created more stress for me. I was also in total denial about how I was really feeling.
To be honest, trying to avoid stress doesn’t mean that it goes away. In fact, it can end up taking a toll on your health. You might have more headaches, higher blood pressure, or trouble sleeping. Does this sound familiar?
Bottom line… if you’re feeling stressed or anxious, listen up, I may have the answer for you.

If your childhood memories include the time you spent coloring using your favorite colored pencils, you might want to pick up this hobby again.
