Meet the Founder
Janelle King, MPH, BSN, RN is an award-winning nurse and public health professional who partners with healthcare and public health organizations to strengthen workforce capacity, improve care delivery, and advance health equity. With over 17 years of experience, she designs evidence-based training, communication strategies, and resources that turn complex clinical guidelines into practical solutions.
Currently a nurse educator, Janelle develops training materials and responds to provider and public inquiries about vaccine recommendations. Her clinical experience spans ambulatory care, adolescent health, cardiology, HIV outreach, clinical research, and immunizations, and she previously worked eight years as a health educator at the Ohio Department of Health.
Janelle is also an accomplished writer and digital educator, contributing to publications such as Women’s Day Magazine, AARP Sisters Newsletter, and The Body: The HIV/AIDS Resource. She is currently a co-host on Rubicon on SiriusXM Satellite Radio and has been featured on podcasts including Zuri Hall’s Hot Happy Mess and Be Well Sis.
Her past clients include The University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health, Urban League of Atlanta, Inova Health, and Dignity Health. Through these partnerships, Janelle has helped empower healthcare teams, improve patient outcomes, and drive community health initiatives.
Janelle holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capital University.
